Your Addons has been installed successfully when you install last time. It's an Bug in App. We will fix in next version.

New app and server will start around 25-Sep-2025. Till then you might face issues and we suggest you to wait for changes to do. This isn't from your side. Your Install addons will keep working. Meanwhile if you are using JIO then try any other internet until servers change. After server change you will not face issues on JIO as well.
