IndianTrainSim (ITS)

IndianTrainSim provides digital products and licensed downloadable content for Train Simulator Classic (PC). No physical goods or shipments are provided.

Certain products, licenses, downloads, updates, or services may rely on third-party infrastructure providers, communication providers, analytics providers, or delivery services. Such providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

1. Digital Delivery

All products sold on IndianTrainSim are delivered electronically through the IndianTrainSim platform and/or ITS App.

IndianTrainSim does not provide:

  • Source files
  • Raw project files
  • Editable files
  • ZIP packages
  • Unpacked assets
  • Development materials

unless explicitly stated otherwise by ITS in writing.

No CDs, DVDs, USB drives, printed materials, or physical shipments are included.

2. Delivery Time

Purchased content is usually approved and made accessible within approximately 15–30 minutes after successful payment verification.

In certain cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours depending on:

  • Payment verification
  • Maintenance periods or server downtime
  • Technical or security checks
  • Fraud prevention or enforcement procedures

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

Certain products or updates may require installation and use of the ITS App for activation, verification, download, or continued access.

3. Failed or Delayed Delivery

If purchased content is not accessible within 24 hours of successful payment, users may contact official support at:

ITS will make reasonable efforts to investigate verified delivery-related issues.

4. Availability & Service Interruptions

Access to products, downloads, updates, or platform services may be temporarily unavailable during:

  • Maintenance
  • Technical upgrades
  • Security procedures
  • Enforcement actions
  • Platform or infrastructure issues

Temporary interruptions do not constitute physical non-delivery of goods.

5. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

  • Providing valid account and payment information
  • Maintaining internet connectivity
  • Installing required software, including the ITS App where applicable
  • Ensuring compatibility with supported systems
