InTrainSim & AA Rail Sim

These Terms and Conditions apply to websites, applications, accounts, APIs, products, downloads and related services owned or operated by TechAnagha LLP, including InTrainSim.com, AARailSim.com, the InTrainSim Windows App and related services.

InTrainSim.com is the new official domain of the platform previously available as IndianTrainSim.com.

By creating an account, purchasing, downloading, installing, accessing or using a product or service, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, do not complete a purchase or use the relevant service.

1. Definitions

TechAnagha LLP: The legal owner and operator of InTrainSim, AA Rail Sim, the InTrainSim Windows App, related websites, APIs and services.

InTrainSim: InTrainSim.com, the InTrainSim Windows App, related APIs, accounts, products and services.

AA Rail Sim: AARailSim.com and related products operated through the unified InTrainSim account and delivery infrastructure.

Platform: InTrainSim, AA Rail Sim and any official service operated by TechAnagha LLP.

User or Customer: Any person who accesses, registers, purchases, downloads, installs or uses the Platform or a Product.

Creator: An approved independent developer or publisher who makes a Product available through the Platform.

Product: A digital add-on, route, scenario, locomotive, rolling stock, asset, utility, software component, model, documentation or related digital material made available through the Platform.

2. Platform and Business Activity

InTrainSim develops, publishes, distributes, licenses and electronically delivers downloadable software, 3D simulation content and PC railway simulation add-ons. The Platform may offer Products developed by TechAnagha LLP and Products published by approved independent Creators.

Products are virtual entertainment and simulation content. We do not sell railway tickets, operate trains, provide transportation services, or offer gambling, betting, lottery, fantasy sports or real-money gaming services.

3. Eligibility and Account Authority

Purchases and binding transactions are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. A person acting for an organization confirms that they have authority to bind it.

Users must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person, create accounts using unauthorized information or use another person’s payment method without lawful permission.

4. Account Security

Users are responsible for protecting their passwords, OTPs, devices, recovery information and account credentials. Credentials must not be sold, shared, transferred or disclosed to unauthorized persons.

Users must promptly report suspected unauthorized access. TechAnagha LLP may require identity, device, ownership or payment verification before restoring access or making security-sensitive account changes.

Account and device limits may apply as disclosed by the Platform, Product page, application or EULA. Attempts to evade these limits may result in verification, restriction or enforcement action.

5. Original Game and Dependency Requirements

Most Products require a genuine and supported Steam copy of Train Simulator Classic, unless the Product page expressly states otherwise.

A Product may also require third-party or InTrainSim routes, locomotives, coaches, assets, software, utilities or other dependencies. Required dependencies are stated on the applicable Product page where relevant.

Before purchasing, the Customer is responsible for confirming that they own and have correctly installed the base game and every disclosed dependency. Missing, unsupported, incorrectly installed or modified dependencies do not constitute failed delivery or a Product defect.

Pirated, cracked, unlawfully modified or unauthorized game and Product copies are unsupported and may result in account or license enforcement.

6. Pre-Purchase Responsibility

Before purchasing, Customers must review:

• The Product name and description
• Required base game, routes, assets and dependencies
• Supported operating system, game version and hardware requirements
• Product format, delivery method and installation requirements
• Development, beta or early-access status where disclosed
• Known limitations stated on the Product page

Failure to review disclosed requirements or purchasing the wrong Product does not create refund eligibility after digital delivery, except where required by applicable law.

7. Digital Delivery and Product Format

Products are delivered electronically through the Customer’s InTrainSim account, the InTrainSim Windows App or another method stated on the Product page. No physical goods are normally shipped.

A Product is considered delivered when it has been approved, assigned or made accessible for download, installation or activation. Delivery does not depend on whether the Customer later downloads, installs, activates or uses it.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a purchase does not include source code, source files, raw or editable project files, unpacked assets, development materials or alternative ZIP packages.

Delivery timing and delayed-delivery procedures are governed by the Digital Delivery & Shipping Policy.

8. Orders, Prices and Payments

Prices, offers, discounts, availability and bundles may change before an order is completed. The price confirmed at checkout applies to that order, subject to correction of an obvious pricing or technical error before delivery.

Orders may remain pending while payment, account or security checks are completed. TechAnagha LLP may reject or cancel an order where payment is not confirmed, the transaction is unauthorized, a material pricing error occurred, or fraud or abuse is reasonably suspected. Any captured payment for a rejected order will be handled according to the Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy and applicable payment rules.

Customers must not provide passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, CVVs or complete payment-card details to TechAnagha LLP or its support team.

9. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the immediate-access and non-returnable nature of digital Products, purchases are generally final and non-refundable after approval, assignment, activation, delivery or access.

Cancellation and refund eligibility is governed exclusively by the published Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Product access associated with a refunded, reversed, cancelled or successfully charged-back order may be suspended or removed.

10. License; No Transfer of Ownership

A purchase grants a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the applicable Product according to these Terms and the EULA. A purchase does not transfer ownership of the Product or its intellectual property.

Where these Terms and the EULA differ regarding installation, activation, licensing, device limits, permitted use or Product access, the EULA governs those licensing matters.

11. Prohibited Conduct

Users must not:

• Copy, redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, leak or publicly share Products
• Share accounts, licenses, activation data or protected download access
• Bypass, disable, tamper with or evade licensing, security or integrity systems
• Remove or alter ownership, copyright, signature or licensing information
• Reverse engineer or extract protected Product assets except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law
• Use the Platform for fraud, abuse, harassment, unlawful activity or unauthorized access
• Upload malware, harmful code or content that infringes third-party rights
• Interfere with, overload, probe or attack the Platform, APIs or infrastructure
• Misrepresent payment disputes, ownership, identity or technical evidence

12. Commercial and Institutional Use

Commercial, institutional, educational, professional-training, public-simulator, cyber-café, simulator-centre, shared-installation or revenue-generating use is prohibited unless prior written authorization has been granted by TechAnagha LLP or the applicable rights holder.

Authorization may be limited by Product, organization, user, device, location, duration or permitted purpose and may require a separate commercial license.

13. User and Creator Submissions

A User or Creator who uploads scenarios, files, descriptions, images, reviews or other content confirms that they own the content or have all permissions required to submit and distribute it.

The submitter grants TechAnagha LLP a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, process, display and distribute the submission only as reasonably necessary to operate, promote, secure and support the Platform and the submitted content.

TechAnagha LLP may reject, remove, suspend or investigate submissions that are unlawful, misleading, malicious, infringing, unsafe or contrary to Platform policies. The submitter remains responsible for their content and any required third-party permissions.

14. Independent Creators

Creator ownership and responsibility are identified where applicable. Product support may be provided by the relevant Creator, TechAnagha LLP or both, as stated on the Product page or support channel.

Independent Creators are responsible for the accuracy, legality and rights associated with their submissions. TechAnagha LLP may moderate, remove, update or suspend Creator Products where reasonably necessary for security, legality, quality, compatibility or policy enforcement.

15. AA Rail Sim Integration

AA Rail Sim uses the unified InTrainSim account and digital-delivery infrastructure. Existing AA Rail Sim purchase, license and ownership records may be processed to verify legitimate ownership and preserve eligible access.

Where a previously deleted InTrainSim account corresponds to retained AA Rail Sim records, limited records may remain as permitted or required by law. Recovery or re-linking of access may require identity and ownership verification. An account will not be provided to an unverified person merely because matching historical information exists.

Account deletion and retained records are governed by the Privacy Policy.

16. Virtual and Simulated Nature

Products are virtual simulation content created for entertainment. Models, routes, signalling, physics, sounds, behaviour and operational characteristics may contain reasonable artistic, technical or gameplay approximations.

Products must not be relied upon for:

• Real railway operations or operational planning
• Professional, safety-critical or certified training
• Engineering, maintenance or safety decisions
• Official railway information

17. Independence and Third-Party Rights

InTrainSim and AA Rail Sim are independent railway simulation platforms. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or officially associated with Indian Railways, any government railway authority, Valve, Steam, or the developers or publishers of Train Simulator Classic, unless expressly stated.

Third-party names, trademarks, railway classes, routes, liveries and references may be used to identify simulated subjects or describe compatibility. All third-party rights remain with their respective owners. No ownership is claimed except where expressly stated.

18. Product Descriptions and Representations

Product pages, screenshots, videos and descriptions are intended to explain the Product and may include development footage, optional dependencies, third-party content or illustrative scenes where clearly indicated.

Minor visual, technical or operational differences that do not materially change the described Product may occur because of updates, simulator limitations, hardware, settings or dependencies. Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility for a material representation or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

19. Updates, Maintenance and Compatibility

TechAnagha LLP and Creators may release updates, repairs, compatibility changes or feature adjustments. Unless expressly promised for a Product, no guarantee is made that updates or support will continue indefinitely.

Products may be modified, suspended or discontinued where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, technical compatibility, third-party changes, operational feasibility or lack of support. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Third-party changes to Train Simulator Classic, Steam, Windows, dependencies or other software may affect compatibility and are outside the direct control of TechAnagha LLP.

20. Platform Availability

The Platform may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, security work, upgrades, infrastructure failures, third-party interruptions or events outside our reasonable control. TechAnagha LLP will make reasonable efforts to restore affected services.

Temporary interruption does not constitute permanent non-delivery when eligible access is restored within the period stated in the Digital Delivery & Shipping Policy.

21. Suspension, Verification and Enforcement

TechAnagha LLP may temporarily restrict an account, transaction, license, download or Product where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected fraud, piracy, unauthorized access, security threats, payment disputes or material policy violations.

Confirmed serious or repeated violations may result in continued restriction, removal of affected access or account termination, subject to applicable law. Immediate action may be taken where necessary to prevent active harm, fraud, piracy or security compromise.

Users may contact support to request review of an enforcement action. TechAnagha LLP may require reasonable identity, ownership, device or payment verification before completing the review.

22. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and Products are provided on an “as available” basis and without warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required.

TechAnagha LLP does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with undisclosed system configurations, or freedom from every minor defect. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, guarantee or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TechAnagha LLP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business opportunity or loss caused by unsupported modifications, missing dependencies, failure to follow instructions or third-party systems outside its reasonable control.

Where liability can lawfully be limited, the aggregate liability relating to a Product or transaction will not exceed the amount paid to TechAnagha LLP for the affected Product or transaction.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct, or any mandatory consumer remedy.

24. User Systems and Backups

Before installation, repair or modification, Users should maintain appropriate backups of simulator files, scenarios and personal configurations. Users are responsible for unsupported modifications, unofficial tools and third-party add-ons installed on their systems.

TechAnagha LLP is not responsible for loss caused solely by failure to follow documented instructions, missing backups, unsupported modifications or unrelated third-party software, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

25. Privacy

Personal-data collection, licensing checks, diagnostics, retention and user rights are governed by the Privacy Policy. Users must not submit passwords, OTPs, complete payment-card details or unrelated personal files through support or diagnostic channels.

26. Changes to These Terms

TechAnagha LLP may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, Products, security, technology, payment methods or business operations.

Updated Terms become effective from the published effective date. Where required, material changes will be notified or additional acceptance will be requested. Changes will not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded for an earlier purchase.

27. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Users should first contact the official support channel so that TechAnagha LLP has a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve the matter.

Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or jurisdiction that cannot legally be excluded, disputes shall be subject to the competent courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

28. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the maximum extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with the EULA, Privacy Policy, Digital Delivery & Shipping Policy, Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy and Fraud, Abuse & Enforcement Policy, form the applicable agreement for use of the Platform and Products.
