Return & Refund Policy

IndianTrainSim (ITS)

IndianTrainSim provides digital products and licensed downloadable content for Train Simulator Classic (PC). Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are generally final once an order has been approved and delivery access has been provided.

1. Digital Products

All ITS products are digitally delivered. No physical goods are shipped or returned.

IndianTrainSim does not provide:

  • Source files
  • Editable files
  • ZIP packages
  • Raw project files
  • Unpacked development assets

unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

2. Order Approval & Final Sale

Orders are usually reviewed and approved within approximately 15–30 minutes after successful payment verification, though approval may take up to 24 hours in certain cases.

Once an order is:

  • Approved
  • Activated
  • Delivered
  • Added to a user account
  • Accessible through the ITS Platform or ITS App

the sale is considered complete and final.

Products that have been approved or delivered are generally non-refundable.

3. Refund Eligibility Before Approval

If an order has not yet been approved or delivered, users may request cancellation or refund review.

Refunds before approval may be denied if ITS detects or reasonably suspects:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Payment abuse
  • Account misuse
  • System manipulation
  • Attempts to bypass approval, licensing, or security systems
  • Unauthorized attempts to access products before approval

All refund decisions remain solely at ITS’s discretion.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • System incompatibility
  • Lack of technical knowledge
  • Failure to read product requirements
  • Internet or third-party software issues
  • Dissatisfaction with features or content
  • Maintenance or temporary downtime
  • Enforcement actions, suspensions, or bans
  • EULA or platform policy violations
  • Approved or delivered digital products

5. Chargebacks & Fraudulent Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks, payment reversals, or fraudulent disputes may result in:

  • Permanent account suspension
  • License revocation
  • Platform restrictions
  • Enforcement actions under ITS policies

6. Refund Requests

Refund-related requests must be submitted through official ITS support:

Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

7. Policy Relationship

This Return & Refund Policy should be read together with the:

  • End-User License Agreement (EULA)

8. Policy Updates

IndianTrainSim reserves the right to modify, update, or replace this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice.

Updated versions become effective upon publication on the ITS Platform or Website.

Continued use of IndianTrainSim services, products, website, or ITS App constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

By purchasing or accessing ITS products, users acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy.
